Create ticket for support
To create a new ticket, click on the "New Ticket" button located at the top right corner of the page. This will take you to the Create Ticket page, where you can choose the appropriate department, provide a subject, select relevant services, and pick an instance from your account.
In the "Your message" section, describe the issue in detail, and then click "Submit Ticket" to create the ticket.
Once the ticket is successfully created, it will be visible on the main Support Tickets page, allowing you to easily track and manage your support requests.
