Creating a new load balancer

1. In the window that opens, select the region where you want the load balancer to be created. Note that only regions where you have a VPC created will be available.
2. Click on the "Create Load Balancer" button on the main Load Balancers page.
3. Choose a load balancer IP address from the available options. You can also add an extra IP if none are available.
4. Add the rules and select the instances that you want behind the load balancer. Keep in mind that only instances that are part of the same VPC network where the load balancer is created can be added.
5. Provide a name for the load balancer.
6. Click the "Create Load Balancer" button to finalize the creation process.
